Please note, you must purchase your weekend tickets prior to completing the application. Accessible campervan/caravan tickets are only available to purchase via us so please add that to your accessible application if you need that.
Accessible camping is also available upon application, please select that option on the application form.
If you are unable to attend the event without a carer, please do not purchase a ticket for the carer and apply via the application for your complimentary carer ticket.
Our accessible facilities are not for customers with temporary impairments such as broken bones, or pregnant women.

Accessible camping
Our accessible campsite is located in close proximity to the main arena to provide those with accessible and mobility needs. You will receive up to 1 parking pass per pitch for the accessible car park, located next to this campsite.

PITCH SIZE & GROUP SIZE IN THE ACCESSIBLE CAMPSITE
To ensure that we are able to offer maximum space and comfort for our accessible customers, we allow up to 2 friends/family to camp with you in addition to your carer (a maximum group of 4)
Accessible campervan/caravan
We have a limited number of caravan/campervan pitches available in the accessible campsite for customers with mobility and accessibility requirements. These are only available to purchase through us on application/subject to availability. Please select this option on your application, we will then send you a private link so you can purchase your pitch.
All pitches are jumbo size and you will have the option of with or without an electric hook up.

Other camping options
General Camping
This campsite is aimed at general festival-goers looking to make the most of the whole weekend. This is where to camp if you want to stay up a bit later, catching up with your new friends.
Family Camping
The family campsite at Belladrum Festival is thoughtfully designed to cater exclusively to families, guaranteeing a secure and inclusive environment for all attendees. With the focus on accommodating young children, it is crucial to uphold a considerate atmosphere by refraining from any disruptive or inappropriate behaviour. Swift action will be taken to address any instances of antisocial conduct to preserve the comfort and enjoyment of all campers. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in the need to relocate your group to the general campsite area for the overall well-being of everyone involved.
Quiet Camping
This campsite is for people who prefer to be away from the noise and bustle of even the family campsite.
Clean Fields
Clean Fields tickets must be booked in advance as there is a limited amount. By booking a Clean Field Camping ticket, you are agreeing to our Clean Fields commitment for a cleaner, more sustainable and community campsite. Find out more here.
Glamping
We have a variety of glamping options at Belladrum. For more information, see here (add link)
While we make every effort to make all campsites accessible, you should bear in mind that the Glamping area is a further distance from the main arena.
Glamping is located the other side of The Dell, at the edge of the festival where ground conditions mean a longer journey including a fairly steep hill to get to and from the main arena.
General Campervan/Caravan

While we make every effort to make all campsites accessible, you should bear in mind that the Glamping area is a further distance from the main arena.
Blue Badge parking
If you are not staying in the accessible campsite, we can provide Blue Badge parking in one of the general car parks.
The red car park is used for those staying in general camping and for day visitors or those commuting in each day.
The green car park is for those staying in family, quiet or clean camping.
We will send you a parking pass free of charge, but these must be booked in advance, you can do this via the application form. Please note, to use these spaces, you must be able to display a Blue Badge upon parking.
Carer tickets
If you are unable to attend the event without a carer, PA or companion, we offer a complimentary carers ticket to support customers while at the festival. Please note that all accessible orders must include at least one adult paid for ticket.
Please note we have a fixed allocation of personal assistant tickets which are allocated on a first come first serve basis.
Accessible Viewing Platform
The raised viewing platforms located at the Hot House, Garden and Grass Roots Stages are available for wheelchair users and those with restricted mobility. Seats are provided for those who need one.
If you need access to the viewing platforms, please include this in your application.
Only the approved customer and their essential companion will have access to the raised viewing platform in order to accommodate as many customers as possible.
All raised viewing platforms have ramped access, wheelchair-accessible toilets. Limited seating is also available at each platform.
Viewing platforms may get busy, please note that these are operated on a first come first served basis.
Please note that viewing platforms are not covered so please dress appropriately for all weather conditions.
Accessible Toilets
Wheelchair-accessible and standard toilets for accessible customers are located across the arena and at the viewing platforms. If you need access to the accessible toilets please include this in your application.
Medical Appliance Charging
The Welfare tent can provide charging for medical appliances. If you need access to charging facilities, please include this in your application. Please note that this is strictly for medical appliances only.
Fridge for Medication Storage
Refrigerated medication storage is available in the Medical tent. If you need medication storage, please include this in your application.
We recommend bringing a copy of your doctor’s letter or prescription. Please keep all medication in its original boxes.
The Application Process
1. You will need to purchase your festival ticket. You can choose from Weekend, Friday & Saturday or Saturday only. You can purchase your festival tickets here
2. After familiarising yourself with the access facilities available at Belladrum and deciding which of those you will need, please fill out our application form here
3. You will be asked to provide a supporting form of evidence as part of your application. Please attach this to the application form. Accepted forms of evidence include -

Front page of ADP or CDP letter (no specific rate)
Front page of Attendance Allowance letter (no specific rate)
Evidence that registered severely sight impaired (blind)
Recognised Assistance Dog ID card
